Travel Forums Travel Gear Backpack Covers

Hi there! I'm doing market research for a business project at school - we are looking at developing waterproof, designed backpack covers that can also be used to protect your backpack from pickpocketing. If you could spare two minutes to fill out this survey, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks for your help :)

[ Edit: Sorry, no survey links please. ]

1.) Backpack covers are just another useless piece of travel gear. Rain is God's way of telling you to find a nice dry bar. ;-)

2.) Pickpocketing isn't an issue with backpacks because there shouldn't ever be anything of value in your backpack that's out of your sight and control. A thief shouldn't have access to anything except a dirty sock. No big deal.

Cheers,
Terry

I'm not sure this is allowed under Travellerspoint rules but I've completed your survey.

You need to talk to your teachers about how to construct a useful survey - one of you questions asks about how many trips abroad you've been on with options 0, 1-2, 6-8 and more than 8 - what about 3, 4 or 5 trips? And where did you go has the possibility for just one option - suppose I made four trips in the past year and went to North America, South America, Europe and Australia?

Do you need to know where the respondent lives?

Good luck with your business project! :)

Yeah, survey links are a no-no on Travellerspoint generally. I'll leave the thread without the links, just because there's some interesting comments in the thread.

You should be able to consult to your instructor before you do a survey. Its not allowed here
