I am Haroon Mahmmod. I am new to this forum. I want to go to Italy for 2 weeks with my two friends. We are new to going to Italy that's why we have no idea for traveling in other country. So, Please let me know how much it would be cost for 2 persons for two weeks. Please suggest the ideas.

Give us some more details - will you stay in 5 star hotels or hostel dorm beds? How do you want to spend your time - seeing nature, historic cities, beaches or drinking and clubbing?

Costs can vary a lot obviously. Andy is right, more information is needed on what your interests and budget are.

That said, Rome is clearly a must and in my opinion you need to allow at least 4 or 5 days there. There is just so much to see.

I haven't seen much else of Italy to be honest (except Ancona, en route to Croatia), so I'll leave it to others to advise on their favourite areas. Florence, Cinque Terre, Venice are always popular.

Hi there, Italy is amazing, Florence is a wonderful city and is full of artisans, museums, great little shops and can be cheap or expensive. I stayed for a few nights in a great hostel run by a brother and sister. It was a popular and well priced play to stay, as well located very close to the train station.

I've also been to the Amalfi Coast, and would highly recommend it as well. Positano was my favourite place and next time I'll stay there.
