I'm Joyce, a 27 year old from the Netherlands, but I've been working and living in Singapore for the past year now. I'm planning a 2 week holiday to Sydney, Uluru and Melbourne (around 21 March until 4 April, dates not fixed yet) and looking for some travel buddies. I have a few ideas in mind on what to do (but I'm also very much open to other suggestions)
Sydney: city tour, ferry to Manly to hike/swim, trip to Blue Mountains to hike, clifftop walk to Coogee and chill at Bondi beach.
Uluru: various walking trails around Uluru and Kata Tjuta
Melbourne: city tour, wine tasting at Yarra Valley, visit the Comedy Festival, standup paddle boarding, Philip Island and rent a car to drive along Great Ocean Road.
Send me a message via the forum if you're going for a similar trip and are interested to team up. Looking forward to a great trip!
2 weeks isn't very long, if you're wanting to go to Uluru as well as Sydney & Melbourne. With the activities you've listed, you could easily spend a week each in Sydney and Melbourne. Uluru is very remote, so I would reconsider, or otherwise you will need to drop a few of the sites you want to see in the cities.
