I stummbled over this site when i was researching Paris on the net. Turns out this site was more helpful than the others i looked at! Within a day i had my message answered (thank you pranavc, tway, mtlchica, and Chiquitta).
Just a little bit about myself..I'm 21 half Indian half Italian and have a British passport! (I'm from the West Midlands in England) and I am training to be a Geography teacher. But i want to take some years out before i start teaching to do some travelling.
I just spent this weekend in Paris with some mates - and it was brilliant.
I deffo want to add more places on my 'Places i've been to' list! And i know this is the place where i can get help from!
Buona giornata! (have a nice day) and i hope to get to know more of you in upcoming threads.
Welcome to TP Arancia!! I did too find TP to be one of the most helpful travel sites around...and now I am addicted. There is a great group of "regulars" floating around day in and day out, you will know who they are in no time. And dont worry, they really arent crazy, they just appear that way .
And I can guarantee you will find just about any answer you need from other members too! God knows I have...
Welcome to TP! As Anne has said, you will find lots of answers here. What you dont find - ask about - someone is bound to know something useful. (Except me. I travel vicariously through other's posts most of the time. But, that's a tale for another day...)
Enjoy the site and hope to see you in some of the other forums!
Hello to all of you.
I have to say that my Italian isn't all that good. Seriously i only know the basics, so samsara2 any more Italian and i'll have no idea what you're on about!lol.
I just know more about my dad's culture (Indian) and language than i do my mother's.
Welcome to TP!
(another old member of TP...)
A bouquet of red roses for you!
Thank you The roses are beautiful and smell lovely!
...Just wondering when do i become a respected member? do i have to hit the 400 post mark?
