Hey
Just wandering what your plan was for new year in Sydney are you going to pre book accomodation or hope to flat share?
Katie

Hi Katie,

Looking to flat share, think hostels will be far too expensive and will be staying in the area for quite some time so think it's the best option!

Hey Emily,

Ah quite some time away, shame!
Yeah they look really expensive for that time of year, wouldn't want to be paying that much really!

Yes to far I just want to be able to start booking stuff & apply for my visa
Yes the hostels are definitely more expensive in general than I first thought so will certainly be looking into flat sharing
Happy travels for when u go :)

Get everything done in advance, don't blame you!
I'd love to be able to do the same, think it will all be pretty much last minute for me.

I'd avoid one called Chilli Blue backpackers in Kings Cross, Sydney.
Stayed there the other year and I hated it in there.

Thank you - and you as well! :)

You still have a few months yet to sort stuff out ;)

Oh really ok I'll avoid that one thanks
I've looked into wake up or yha hostels atm but thinking of doing absolute Oz jobs for my first week just for that support in the first week.
Never solo travelled before so finding it quite nerve racking

They look like good places to stay. I've been looking at those and one called Bounce.
Yeah that's what i'm doing, they apparently help with finding you an apartment or whatever afterwards too. Least they know the areas!

I'll let you know how I get on!
