Hi. I'm a HongKong citizen. I have a question: Can UK/ USA/ Canada/ NZ/ Singapore immigration access information from Australian immigration?

I had a history of visa cancellation, but not a visa refusal. There was a report from my ex-boyfriend that "I was a prostitute"

I did not do any criminal as I did that job in NSW only where sex work is legal.

I did such work as I desperately needed money that time.

Now I have an Australian fiance and we applied for fiancee visa to Australia but Australian immigration sent me a Natural Justice letter states that my "sex worker" status is an adverse information for granting the Prospective Marriage Visa. We have 28 days to reply the letter with the risk of getting a visa rejection record OR withdraw the application.

My fiance and I love each other very much and we are thinking to move somewhere else maybe in the UK/ USA/ Canada/ NZ/ Singapore. If I withdraw my Prospective Marriage Visa application from Australian Immigration, this means I won't have a visa refusal record from any country, will not have any criminal offence, but I will have my ex's report that "I previously worked as a sex work in Sydney", and I will still have the visa cancellation record at Australian Immigration. Countries will only ask "do I have a visa refusal but they do not ask for visa cancellation"

I have a QUESTION: Can UK/ USA/ Canada/ NZ/ Singapore immigration access information that "I previously worked in sex industry in Sydney" if I apply for a student visa to one of those countries? In my country, I don't have any criminal records.

I know what I did was wrong but it was legal in Sydney. Now I don't do any sex work anymore as I don't need money. Now what I want is a simple thing: BE TOGETHER with my FIANCE somewhere but I worry if those countries can find information that "I previously worked in sex industry in Sydney".

I really NEED your HELP and ADVICES.

All replies will be appreciated so much!

Thanks.

You need to talk to an immigration lawyer.

Good luck.

even if they have such information it doesnt matter for them. you are not going there to plant bombs in government buildings, arent you ? so it should be ok.
I'm not sure abour Singapore though if they will also be lax on it

"I know what I did was wrong but it was legal in Sydney."

once again, I see no problems in that.

but I;m not a lawyer
