That's a questions I can't answer, to be honest. I tend to walk around with my camera and just look around and catches my eye.

I took about 200 pictures on the weekend, mostly at flower markets. It took aboutfour hours afterwards to rotate, enhance, and crop the pix. I expect that it will take another hour or so to reduce them so they can be uploaded online. At the moment, I don't want to look at any bright colours or flowers for a few more days at least.

Why pictures of flowers? Because a woman that loves flowers emailed me, & asked if I would take some pictures to remind her of her lovely visit to Kunming three years ago.

I must say that I was amazed at all the different variety of flowers on display. There were "chocolate" roses and blue roses, amongst others. It made me consider the similarities between floral arrangement & cake decoration.

BTW ... There was another woman who requested pictures of christian churches in Kunming. I managed to find one small Catholic church on a busy road. I understand that there is a new protestant church in another direction.

Cool Project! I will be home with camera in hand.

I will be able to photograph rural life, since that is where I live. Depending on the day, it may be tractors in a field, Mr. Isa working in the yard, or whatever wildlife decides to take a hike through my suburbs. It may not be the hustle and bustle of city life, but life still abounds. Guess I'll just have to wait and see...
