I have been looking at various flights to hanoi from the UK, just wondering if any one knows of any really cheap deals.
Ideally I wanna fly from manchester to hanoi at the end of may and then back to manchester from kuala lumpar in October.
I have been quoted prices ranging from £400 - 700 for a basic economy flight.
Any help would been appreciated guys
i have just paid £468 to fly to Saigon, via Bangkok. Hanoi was an option for the same price. This was with Travelbag. WestEastTravel usually have some good specials going to Hanoi (0870 2201001). As you can't fly direct, i would bite the hand off anyone that offered me under £500. When are you going??
end of may, no set date yet till the end of october, again no set date. will have a look at travelbag now
forgot to mention, i'm going from Heathrow. I know you can fly via KL with Malaysian to Hanoi, so maybe you can use the KL stopover coming back.
mine is booked for the end of May, but i think the Thai special at the moment you have to return by 10 July. There were other special fares on offer for just a few quid more so you might get lucky. WestEastTravel are definitely worth a go as well. I have used them for the far east before and so have a few friends.
thats the only problem that i have - also i require to fly back from KL instead of a return from hanoi
If you can't get a decent price with Malaysian Airlines to Hanoi, how about trying to get a return to KL, and then looking up AirAsia or something like that to get a low-budget airline flight from KL to Vietnam. Pain in the a*se but might save you a few quid.
