A pretty important missing piece of information for this question: What's your citizenship?

If you don't have skills in demand, then your best option is to get working holiday visas which you can both still get at your age. Once you're out there and have jobs it will be easier to investigate sponsorship and other long -term options.

Ah ok. It may be difficult then, but check the skills shortage list just in case.
