I have no shame whatsoever about being a carnivore. When I am really hungry, and craving food ... I want meat

Chocolate is #1: two-bite brownies

I love those things! Those are definately my #1 chocolate craving. If I want a meal, I crave Pad Thai or something noddle/pasta oriented...I also crave shish taouk or gyro pitas...nummy. If it's a snack I'm looking for, I'm a sucker for all-dressed nachoes.

cravings are the foundation of addiction.

My addictive personality and I have come to terms with each other on many levels. It craves chicken livers and I accommodate it, then we both ride off happily into the sunset...

....mmmmmmh! miam miam! (translation: yummy!) I'm hungry!

I like everything (specialy when I'm hungry!): pasta, saladssss, seafood, meat; specialy, a good big Argentinian steak (I don't like the thin cut they do here in Canada... because when it cooks, it dries too fast, and then where is the juice?? ), sausages, chicken...; fries...

Should I continue my list?
Oh, and desserts: fruits, cheese (too expensive here, mammamia!!-I'd like to be in France or Italy, just for the good food! )... And all sorts of cakes, pie, moussesss... miamimiammiam!! yummy!!

AAAAAAAAchhh! Did I say I am humgry??

And yes, my eyes are bigger than my belly, I get full very fast... When I'm hungry I need to eat something now, just a little but now!

A person should avoid being "full". By stopping before you are full it allows your digestive system to work at it's highest capacity. When full it gets bogged down. Leading to stomach problems, infection in your intestines and colon problems.

I have a problem stopping when I already know I am full. One thing that has started happening to me (it started about 6-8 months ago) is that I eat and as always I eat more than I should (soap, salad, entree, dessert and all the bread on the table if I am at a restaurant). So how do I know I had too much to eat? Two ways...first, I cant get off the chair and second, I have what seems to be a terrible allergic reaction where I cant breathe and my nose gets closed up as if I had the cold of the century...has that happened to any of you? Should I see a dr. about this or should I just cut back the bread?

The Mr. says I need to stop eating like a hungry tribal african child...THE FOOD ISNT GOING ANYWHERE!! But I cant help it...food is just too good!!
