Hi guys
I'm in Australia on a working holiday visa been chilling with friends and haven't had chance to meet other fellow travellers. I'm a solo first timer traveler in Australia and been looking for work. I've just done my rsa and got a job up in cairns however I'm in two minds as to what to do. I dunno whether to accept this job which is 6 months part time contract with the chance of finding other work In between or do I go for my 88days farm work first?
Thing is if I was to take job how easy would it be to find farm after, which would be August time.

In the mean time I'm on the Gold Coast any fellow solo travelers in the area Wana plan some travelling on the coast?

Just be aware that its pretty hot and sticky in Cairns now and the rains will be coming soon. On the other hand not many travellers go at this time of year, so you'll be in a good position to get what work there is, and good accommodation should be easy to find. Since you are working part time you can supplement your income by doing work at your backpacker accommodation to stay for free. Cairns is also a good area to find your farm work.
