Heading to Koh Lanta in March, accommodation sorted but would love some tips on how to get the best out of our visit, we are looking for good yoga, great food and laid back ambience, trips to other islands, snorkelling (one of us, me is a beginner and the other can dive), what or where to avoid . Thank you !!

A few more will show with your Google search.
Know how to handle your money when in Thailand. If you plan on using credit cards remember to notify your bank that you will be out of the country before leaving on the trip. (When ATM withdrawals start coming from Thailand you don't need them to suspect fraud!) There is a fee to use Thai ATMs.
You will get the best rate of exchange for your currency if you change it in Thailand and not back home. Rates are not fixed and change daily.
- Being almost an old fart, I would have included Bangkok in this adventure. Bangkok is much cheaper than the Phuket beach areas too.
