Hi folks!

It's my really first thread that I start on my own (well, that is besides the "Introduction"), so be nice, ok?!

So, (and that seems a question similar to Wocca's asking if we have our belly bigger than our eyes... er, no, it was the contrary...)

What do you eat for breakfast: just a little cup of coffee, or The Continental with eggs, bacon, muffin, fruit juice & co.?

Because i sleep late, i always struggle to get up the next morning so i dont set time to prepare breakfast. A cup of coffee in the office pantry is a must, otherwise i cant function.

I will usually start with an apple or other small fruit, then I wait about thirty minutes to an hour.

It is a good idea to allow you digestive system to "wake up" as well. Starting the day off with a huge meal right away is killer to the system.

Then I make a fruit drink with rice milk, strawberries, black berries.. etc.

I usually don't have to get up very early so I have brunch at 11am ... meat, potatoes & eggs. Occasionally rice instead of potato

M&M's and usually 2 pots of coffee.

I usually wake up with a good cup of black tea (I tend to forget the tea bag in there...), and then 3 toast with jam (lately apricot, peach& passion fruit! yummy!)
