Hi, I'm looking at traveling to Australia from start of July 2016. The potential problem i have however is that i got a Drink Driving conviction in September 2015. There was no prison time, though i have been banned from driving and was given a small fine and minimum community service. I have recently filled in an "eVisitor (subclass 651) visa", in which the criminal convictions i have selected none as it states that only criminal convictions that resulted in a prison sentence of over 12 months should be selected. I don't want this to become a problem upon entering the country, and i'm not sure if i have done the right thing? Any advice will be greatly received.

Thank you

You have done the right thing. The official instructions explicitly tell you that they don't care about minor infractions (at least for tourist visas). You didn't go to prison for 12+ months => they don't care. Additionally, even if they did care about this minor thing, they'd have no way to know about it.
Go and enjoy your trip. Australia is a wonderful country, and I'm sure you'll have a great time!
