Starting a travel blog is not easy but with your hard work, honesty or truthfulness I'm sure people will eventually come to your blog without hesitation. Don't forget to share interesting travel adventure you have experience. Readers love to read interesting reviews from honest bloggers so if you are like that without any bias then your audience will definitely grow.

Hi there,

Any help / advice on starting up a travelling / travel blog. I have started one, I'm just wondering if anyone else would be willing to share there thoughts and ideas about how to grow it and appeal to a wider audience.

Once again, thanks.

Tell people something they do not know, things that cannot be found online easily. Something about your personal perspective, but also something practically useful.
High quality, vivid photos will also help. I am also interested in people who are able to generalize a bit and connect their impressions with larger topics. But maybe it's just me.:)

Starting a travel blog is not easy ... .

I beg to differ. STARTING a blog here on TravellersPoint is as easy as winking - even I managed that.

Only five to ten people per day look at it though & I am not bothered that no one looks, I started it just to share my trips with my sister. I have come to realise that it does help me to look at my trips a little differently, consider my photos a little more - dare I say, makes me think a little more.

I find It also a great aide-memoir of my trips.

It is enjoyable & here on TravellersPoint it is free which is a bonus. TravellersPoint have recently asked for financial support from users but they don't push that too much.
