I notice that a lot of people asking for travel help for Europe seem to think that if they are visiting Ireland they must fly to London before they can access low fares to Europe.
Ryanair operates out of Shannon, Dublin and Cork and flies to all corners of Europe. It has recently opened many new routes out of Shannon (in the South-west of the country).
From Shannon you can now fly to the following destinations:
London (luton, gatwick and stansted)
Milan (Orio al Serio)
Great for me! I live near Shannon Airport.
Anyway, just thought I'd highlight the new routes....
