We planned a honeymoon trip for three day stay at Valparai , Myself and My soul mate planned a trip to Valparai ; We visit trip adviser , got some clear idea that we found the travels, destinations, cab, hotels through online ,We decided the hotels, the cab booking through online.
From Chennai we took flight to Coimbatore, it was early morning 8pm, in the airport coffee day café, we took cold coffee, our cab waiting at the parking area, we start our trip towards Pollachi lake, there we took lots of snaps, in that serene location, that location is a major area ,where Tamil shoots are taken, then we move to Pollachi Aliyar dam at 11am reached there, went inside the Aliyar garden brought 2 tickets for the sight seen, it was too chill with perfect climate .then we climb the steps up to the Aliyar dam ,went boating took many pics and from there we planned to visit monkey falls ,there we took a chill shower and played with water, there we went to a restaurant had our lunch ,we took lots of photograph and had lots of fun, finally we planned to stay at topslip its 37 km from Pollachi. Topslip is a good tourist spot. Topslip is located in the Annamalai Mountain range, this region is otherwise known as the Annamalai wildlife sanctuary. Located at the heart of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, in this region we can see numerous varieties of birds, animals, reptiles and amphibians, we reached Topslip hills there we had our coffee and snacks in a coffee shop and we reach our cots villa resort our room and we ordered dinner at 7:30pm, we had our food, the first day was cool and wonderful serene location.
Day two it was early morning, we went a long walking in the misty tea plantation, there we saw lots of birds singing a pleasant song ,then we return our hotel ordered our coffee, then we planned to go for sight seen in Annamalai wildlife sanctuary with our guide, before we start our trip we had our breakfast chapatti role in our resort then we start our trip deep into the jungle, there we enjoyed with watching all kind of wild animals and beautiful birds ,at 3pm we went nearby resort had our lunch ,then we planned to go night time safari, from there we went Topslip is a part of Indira Gandhi National Park , there we found bison’s, elephants and monkeys we started taking photos, we went for an Elephant raid, Forest tracking, then we return back to our hotel had our dinner there ,we get ready for night time safari with our torch light, camera, woolen cloths, in the safari we saw tiger, leopard, Barking deer ,wild boar and spotted deer in the deep forest as well as a gang of elephants, we took some long sight snaps .
At 3 am in early morning we return to our hotel, slept well still 11am, then we ordered our food to our room and had our food then we planned to visit Valparai just 64 km from Topslip, the travelling time takes 2 hours 15 min, on the way we say many tea plantation, we stopped our car took lots of snaps, from there we plan to visit, Nirar Dam, situated around 15 km away from Valparai, it was mainly used for hydroelectricity production purpose. There is a famous waterfall situated near this dam, which was known as the Silver Cascade Waterfalls in Kodaikanal. 105 km drive from Pollachi via to Valparai, it was an exotic trip,in the nearby hotel we had our lunch at 3pm, on the way to Pollachi we saw lion-tailed macaque, the common langur, Malabar gaint squirrel,gaur and sambar. Within 4 hours we reach coimbatore
At 7 pm, we went to Echanari temple, saw golden procession cart and had a peaceful prayer and we spend little time in the temple. At 8pm we went Pulliyakulam Vinayakar temple, it is a famous idol is sculpted from a single stone, the Asian largest statue from there we went to Hotel residency, I arranged a surprise candle light dinner for my wife, there we spend a good time from there we arrive Sitra Airport checkout our baggage and we took flight to return Chennai.

Thanks for the report. I looked at some videos of Valparai on YouTube; and I'll put it on my list of places to visit the next time I'm in southern India.
