I am not sure that there is actually a 'national bicycle trail'. The best bet is to take yur bike and start peddling :-). There some fine trails, the cultural traingle area, the hills around N'Eliya, welimada, Bandarawela, of the souhern plains area are good bets. Try contacting the Sri Lanka Tourist Board ( http://www.srilankantourism.org/index.asp ) for information.
