I didn't know there could be this much discussion about mince/ground beef. And here Matt was giving us grief for the ketchup discussion.

My next serious question Matt:
What are those little meat parcel things you mentioned in the original post?? You keep them in your cupboard? (Now that sounds like our Vienna sausages.) Yes, I really want to know what they are.

Hey Isa, sorry.

The meat parcel things are tortellini
tortelloni Pronunciation: tore-tuh-LOW-nee Notes: These are circles of pasta that are stuffed with a meat or cheese filling, and then folded into little hats. A smaller version is called tortellini. Substitutes: ravioli OR agnolotti OR cappelletti

We have all of those here too! Love them all! Thanks for the links and for clarifying those little meat parcel things. I will have more serious questions later.

Thanks gain!

Is your cupboard almost empty????

Mmmm... I had tortellini with Romanoff sauce for supper yesterday. With 3 kinds of desert (chocolate pie, chocolate cake, and almond cake). Mamma-mia! It's good to have Italian friends!

here's a delicious mexican dish...
you take a corn of cob, then spread mayonaise on it, then roll it in crumbled feta cheese!!! (oh so good!)
there's also a spanish meal called huevos rotos (broken eggs)... anyways it's basically a plate of potato chips, with fried eggs on top of them, then bacon bits tossed over top!! (also quite good!)

as for my OWN concoctions, i like to eat:
~cream cheese and honey on toast
~peanut butter and pickle sandwhich
~chocolate chip cookies crumbled in milk to make this mushy stuff that i don't know how to describe!! hahah it sounds disgusting, but you should try it sometime! you never know what you like/dislike until you tried it!!;)
