Corpse Bride -

living world isn't comparable to the world of Death, in certain aspects; the difference: either you are living with your heart beating or without it.

(wondering if we can have it as a sticky thread?)

EXCELLENT movie Lee! I loved it!! :)
Tim Burton has an interesting view of the world...

my fav tim burton movie would be edward scissorshand, sleepy hollow and big fish. i thought his interpretation of charlie and the choc factory was a bit flambouyant and colourful for his standard.

next must see movies are harry potter and the goblet of fire, memoirs of a geisha, king kong, chronicles of narnia, munich, jarhead, brokeback mountain and da vinci code (until may 2006 at least).

i think 2005 does not offer much from the indie & foreign movies. which is really sad.

Home Alone 1,2,3

Zanif, don't you know there'll be 25 European Union Films Festival in Mid-Valley, One Utma and Penang Gurney, from this coming 24th November to 30th November?

I aim at 18 films of them. Refer to GSC:http://www.gsc.com.my/version2/intscreen/movies.asp?search=euff05

There'll always be some free entrance for foreign films showings in embassies and high commissioners in KL and Penang...just had 3 Czech movies around October '05...

Yes, yes, I agree! (Ed Wood and Nightmare before Christmast too!) His latest films are a bit 'adjusted' to suit the market's needs more than what he actually really in his mind, but who knows???
