What about "The Pianist" - anyone seen that? Now, that's a good movie. Roman Polanski

That's truly a masterpiece! At the top of my Favourite WW2 films list too ;)

How many people like mysteries? Has anyone besides me seen "Donnie Darko"? Makes you think, for weeks. And then you are bound to see it for second time :). I highly recommend 'Directors Cut', that explains so much more of complex plot and is half an hour longer too.

Hey Meles ! We have the same taste so. I loved Donnie Darko too - i even have the soundtrack which is really ambient and spooky. Havent seen the director's cut though. Must try to rent that out. ;)

Hi Summer,

I've been to Singapore, and it's a very nice, clean place with a very nice airport and zoo! But I really had no idea what languages the people spoke since they seem to be Mayal and Chinese.

Thanks for the Info.

Cool. Everyone seems to remember the airport and zoo.

To stick to the subject, i dont watch that many movies. But i think Edward Scissorhands is a very good movie. And so is Titanic.(come on, admit it. U liked it when it first came out eh?)

Aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhh... Titanic, where's the garlic!!!! Somebody bring the Holy Water!!!!

I have seen bits of it, never managed to see the whole thing.... Brrrr.... There are certain things that put me off a movie - one of them is Leo "Pretty-Boy" Di Caprio in the cast....

But Edward Scissorhands - Tim Burton, yeah... The new movie looks interesting, I think with all the movies he made I can forgive him "Planet of the apes" (featuring a Michael Jackson lookalike).

Just remembered another movie I really liked. It's a BBC low-budget production called "I capture the castle" and I totally enjoyed watching it. Has anybody else seen it?

I was gonna rent "Donnie Darko." But I can't find the "director's cut" here in the US. Seems like a pretty weird movie (something about a fantasy rabbit or something like that).

I Wonder if I should wait until I can find the "directors cut" on dvd or just rent the regular one???
