Of course, it depends on the context in which others know you as to how they perceive you. [Time, place & circumstances]
We tend to judge others by their actions, and ourselves by our motives.
The observer has his/her own social, political, economical and cultural background. These things will naturally affect the perception of another accordingly.
I live outside my own culture, so I won't really know the full impact that other cultures have had on me .... until I return whence I came. But, that's not going to be in the forseeable future.
Just because I start a thread and it appears to move in a particular direction, doesn't mean that it is my "stereotype" attitude towards the subject under discussion.
There's no hidden secrets or meanings.
Just purely discussion topics.
"...so Wocca, how do you see yourself ???..."
A learned once described me as being a "psychologist's nightmare" and a "parole officer's dilemma".
I see myself as being free in the world at large, without having to plan too far ahead. This generally affords me the comfort of being able to be cheerful, considerate, and optimistic. But aren't we all at our best when every thing is going our way?
Those that know me well enough, can identify that my organisational skills are very highly developed. These days, I really only use them for my own benefit rather than selling them & myself short to others.
But aren't we all at our best when every thing is going our way?
Not necessarily, The more terrible things are for me, the more upbeat I get....
we are different to different people. so depends on who you like to hang out with. people telm me i am too nice, too caring. but i love whom i love and i would do anything for my friends and family. truely there is more to life then to work and to share that life with people you care about, the good the bad and the ugly. everyone else thinks i am weird and mean.
What moods or feelings best characterize YOU
would astrology sign help a little? just for fun aight...try yours cheers
Aquarius (born January 21st - February 19th)
is on of the most fun-spirited signs of the Zodiac. Aquarians love change and don't shy away from risk-taking. They are 'people kind of people'. They have an ability to make friends quickly and a desire to take care of their friends in times of need. Aquarius has a creative side, which they love to nurture...if only they could stay focused on a creative project long enough to finish it!
...and I'm 70% aquarius I'd like to add: shy, modest, indecisive.
Leo is the fifth sign of the Zodiac. They are outgoing and idealistic. Consider yourself lucky to have a Leo working on your team! Their self-confidence can sometimes border on vanity, but they are such fun and enthusiastic people that most will tolerate the vanity. In love relationships, Leo is generous and romantic.
Sagittarius is the ninth sign of the zodiac. They are clear, level-headed thinkers that never lose sight of the big picture. They are enthusiastic and interested in gathering information. They become impatient and combative if they feel like they do not have the freedom to explore their world. Do not confine a Sagittarius! They are optimistic and opinionated. Sagittarius has a tendency to be a real procrastinator. Things come easily in life for Sagittarius, and as a result they can be overly self-indulgent.
in summary i'm nosey, hyper, a traveller, stubborn with my opinion, emmmmm yeah that sounds sometimes right, as for things coming easily i don't think so, i think i work for everything i get , though my colleagues would say i smile and laugh too much to be as stressed as i am, so they think i get everything easily.....self indulgent - yes !!! especially with chocolate, baileys, havana rum, emmmmmmmm drinkkkkkkkk
I'm confused. I'm an Aries, but I was just told I have 30% Arian characteristics.
I took some of the other ones and I ended up with 90% Scorpio characteristics....
Does this prove that astrology is just a load of *&^%$$ or am I trapped in the wrong body?
