Anne! I learned sign in High School, then I worked with a few hearing impared women...I am rusty, but when we meet up in Canada, we can practice together! You are right though..it seems to stick with you much better when you can practice with someone else:)

At least you two will be the nice quiet neighbors in the room next door!! Like learning a foreign language - I haven't used sign in years and only remember 2 at most. But, I don't remember my Spanish anymore either. I'm a language loser!

LOL! Great! I can't sleep with a tv or light...I need a dark, quiet room :) (I have a feeling those amorous Isa's will be keeping us up all night though!)

While we practice sign language in our room, you will be speaking the language of looooooove in the other room . See? You can speak more than one language!

It's really quite easy
ó=o (like in so)
ö=u (as in fur)
í=e (as in he)
ú=ou (as in you)
é=ye (as in yeah)
á=ow (as in how)
