Why would the condom company make a mint condom if it causes that burning sensation? Isn't that just undermining all those safe sex campaigns?

Actually..spanish fly does the same thing...irritation can cause a longer lasting erection. (Since I am not a man I can't confirm this;))
Same with the Altoid mint thing....... (again, that damn bird won't stop talking)

As my mums a nurse and her best friends are nurses, they all seem to thing its hilariously funny to give me condoms and leaflets about safe sex and reel off loads of jokes about the sex trades in thailand and such

To the point that I'm no longer a traveller going round the world, Im a 22 year old sex tourist hitting asia's dark and dirtiest in search of the best ping pong action ....

Minty, banana, chocolate, ribbed, extra strong, extra large, regular and loads more, I've got them all ;)

Anyone else have such parents and family friends ;)

I appreciate the humour in this thread, but you would be wise not to use the term "sex tourist" too openly when you arrive in Asia.

Sex tourists travel to countries such as Cambodia, Thailand (and Costa Rica) expecting anonymity, low-cost prostitution, easily accessible children and impunity from prosecution. Notably, it is estimated that one-third of the prostitutes in Cambodia are children.

That makes me nauseous..
Adults are supposed to protect children, NOT harm them!

I heard many horrible stories in wake of the tsunami that orphaned children were being smuggled out of places like Aceh. That's awful :(

I don't have any first-hand experience in this regard. However, I've heard in various parts of Asia, there are incidents of children being "stolen". Not all for prostitution. Some are sold to desperate parents who can not have a child of their own.

The abuse of any person for one's sexual "pleasure" is evil. I have treated many victims of sexual abuse (male, female, young, old, etc) under many different circumstances.

I have also acted as a medical witness in court for a number of sexual abuse cases, some of which have been successful and others not so.

As a result of this, I have been subject to threats to myself and my family and friends.

Thank you to "WOCCA" for providing the link to the World Vision site.
