Come on reece, you know you want to start one here :)

It seems the easiest to use sam.I was just speaking to pete about a few things i would prefer though.
Like only letting say a select group from commenting on your blog and that way it eliminates abuse, nasty comments.
Somehow locking certain areas so your family cant see things you got up to at night but friends can.
Ive looked at 2 others and both have certain advantages as well but 1 is very complicated to use but i like part of the setup and the other has some great features like a world map and a complete list of all the countries your are visiting and it shows dots on the map of where you have been and also the list gives you how many miles between each place.
But then it wont let you put photos next to your diary. They are kept apart in different areas. And photos tell stories which you want to write about but cant. And the blogs abit boring.

Without revealing too much, the maps are something we are working on... needless to say, without some kind of nice maps integrated, there's not much difference between blogs and travel blogs :)

Good idea on the comments. That's more Pete's department. There already is a function to delete unwanted comments of course but I can understand you might not want to see them at all.

As I guess you notice, it's still somewhat of a work in progress!

Theres something wrong with the metropolitan template.
When you use it and write a message the message goes to far to the right and doesnt start at the top of the page.

Sam / Pete,

Can I edit/change the blog title and subtitle (and even the domain) after we finish creating it?

zags: yes, you can. Go to settings: core information.

Added a couple more improvements today.

When composing a new entry, it will now autosave the entry as a draft for you !! It is dependant on the browser that you're using though and whether you have javascript enabled. It's such a cool feature, we couldn't resist.

Also, a small improvement to the commenting. The author of a blog entry will now be notified by email of any comments. There's no notification for replies to comments you've made on a blog entry though! Still have to figure that one out :)
