Depends where you've already been. I would say Burma would be safe for a woman traveling alone. China (very safe), India (safe but you just need to deal with some hassel), Thailand and Vietnam seem pretty safe to me.

I personally wouldn't go to Indonesia right now (especially not alone), not so sure how safe it is there for a man or woman. The US government not only has a travel warning saying not to travel there, but yesterday they even closed their Embassy because they think it is too dangerous too keep it open with it's staff (sure it will reopen shortly, but it's a sign of dangers in the area).

Also consider that you've been traveling for the last 4 months, so you are already an experienced traveler. And you're already familar with the region.

Where have you visited during the last 4 months?

What places in Asia do you think you'd like to visit?

Are you referring to various parts of Indonesia or just Bali?

I wouldn't recommend Jakarta to anyone. I've been there a few times. This also included getting married.

Have you considered Nepal?

Have you considered Nepal?

Nepal is a Great place! However, I'm not so sure how safe it is now outside the Kathmandu Valley. There are now travel warnings warning not to visit Nepal, although I find it hard to believe that it is actually dangerous in and around the Kathmandu Valley. But I wouldn't venture too far East or West.

You can visit India..specially south india. It is more safer and more hospitable to women.
If visiting south india, just send a pm to me.

have a nice trip.

Nepal is still safe, even for a solo woman. You do not want to go trekking on your own as a woman, but trekking on your own anywhere is not safe. Once you arrive in Katmandu, there are trekking agencies that are very reasonable ... I paid $125 for an entire week, everything included: food, equipment, guide, and sherpa. Completely safe. When I was there, they had some protests and strikes in Katmandu, but we could only hear the drums. The police shut down the street so you cannot get entangled and the protestors do not try to get in areas blocked off by the police. I felt safe enough that when my travel companions went on to Thailand, I stayed another week on my own.
