And although I like the original CSI well enough, I absolutely abhor CSI New York. The stories are rediculous and the characters aren't one bit believable. And those accents! Give me a break! OK, OK, I'll stop...

WELL enough???! WELL enough??? That is.....sacrilege!! Why CSI (and Gil) are the most awesome (sighhhh Gil...) show ever (swoon...Gil)
The other two CSI's are just Gil wannabes!(So I will totally agree with you on CSI NY sucking eggs;))

We only have CSI New York and Las Vegas here in Iceland and I try to avoid the NY show if I can, but I have to have my CSI fix so sometimes I watch it..

I have just started watching Desperate Housewives as its
only just come on... & I have to admit to loving it - not
as much as Sex in the City, but it is good

Can anyone remember Three's Company? I think that was the first American export that I ever saw. It was really funny (although I was about eight at the time, so don't know if I'd still enjoy it!)

Friends and Sex in the City are good. Oh and have been known to watch Law and Order;SVU too.

I liked "Law & Order", when Benjamin Bratt and Jill Hennessey were still around (I think Jill's not there anymore, but Bratt might still be). Been ages since I've followed any American series, though. Wanted to watch "Lost" & "Six Feet Under", but they're showing at times when I'm still at work.

Some of those I watched included: X-Files, ER, Party of Five, Friends, Law & Order, Ally McBeal, Jesse, Judging Amy (can't remember the rest, ack)

I have friends & colleagues who're addicts of The Sopranos, West Wing, Boston Public, Buffy.

Well if it wasn't for the required 30%-40% of Canadian content I imagine all of our television would be from the United States. There was one show that was good out of the whole thing:

The Simpsons ... oh and Invader Zim was good too.

missing American Idols too... (good candidates and nice pitching in average as compared to my country's Idols except Jacqueline Victor - am particular in pitching)

Am waiting for the next season of American Idol and Apprentice!
