no-why do men always have to be right-eh!!

So i have mine right in-front of me here...so you tell aunty J your prob and i'll solve it...hmmm...(fingers crossed)

right muppet my hair clippers are 230-240 volt 50Hz and when you go to the US their electric runs at 120 volt 60Hz so the shaver wont run properly (probably at a slower speed)

or like tway had her hairdryer seeings it is canadian runs at 120 volt 60Hz and you use it in paris at 230-240 volt 50Hz it will get very hot and eventually blow up

Good God, you mean I could have ended up with a flaming head in Paris? How sexy would that have been...

You know, reece, you could always buy a pair of clippers here. Or try eBay and get a cheap used pair. Mmm. Nothing says personal hygene like a second-hand hair removal system.

Right you muppet-or numb nuts as i call everyone...just you admit that i am right and for once you are wrong...ay! ha! ha!

Right you get down to Boots (yes thats right it's a shop!) and buy the travel adaptor that i have, there are a couple of diff. ones, the one you want is UK> USA/Far East/Australia

er...hang on i was just reading something here...erm...about voltages...let me think...
