I am hoping to meet some friends in Golfe Juan next month when they dock in on the boat they are working on. I want to be really near to the port that they will be berthing in. However, I am really struggling to find some nice accommodation in the area. There seems to be plenty at Juan Le Pins but I have read conflicting information about how far away that is from Golfe Juan.
Has anyone ever been to Golfe Juan who can recommend reasonably priced accommodation, an idea of what the cost of living is like (ie: how much does dining out, drinking cost generally) and whether I could walk between Juan le Pins and Golfe Juan? Any help would be much appreciated !
Well I don't know Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan very much ...
All I could say is that july is not the best month for coming : hard to find a correct accomodation, life expensive. But I suppose you have no choice !
Tell me exactly what you want, may be I could help you.
I know much more the "other" Provence - Alpilles, Luberon, Camargue ...
On our website (wife and I) we offer an original way of enjoying and visiting Provence.
Thanks for the reply. We are staying in Golfe Juan for the last week in June. I just really wanted to know what to expect in terms of cost for eating out, drinking and general day to day costs. I've heard its expensive so I need to budget !
