Does anyone have any advice on finding work while travelling? I'm a 24-year old male in good shape and very willing to do hard labor. I've actually been a computer guy for the last 4-5 years but I'm totally burned out on it and ready to use my body. I think I'll be travelling along the Mediterranean. I speak a little Spanish along with English but nothing else. What kind of work might I be able to find, how should I go about finding it, and what might it pay?

I think your first concern should be a visa. There aren't many that allow for you to work in Europe and with unemployment as it is and plenty of legal workers around, it would be incredibly hard, if not impossible to find work. Don't mean to spoil the plan, but a friend of mine travelled to Europe figuring she'd get work and she got nothing after searching for months. Then she finally got a job at an American base in Germany and was deported for not having a working visa... and that's on an american base!
