This doesn't really matter much. I assume most people aren't that overly curious and if they are, then they'll find out why someone flagged something as spam until it is removed. Generally, flagged posts are removed within 12 to 24 hours or else lost forever in the depths of other posts. It's just meant more to notify the moderators and to hide it from regular public viewing than to make it impossible for someone to see if they really tried...
