Isa and eermanBay here...

Happy Father's Day to all you deserving Dads!!! We offer up some of our children to come and do all of your chores for you. Realize that our children are four-legged, covered in fur and say meow alot. (There's also the occasional hairball issue... )

Anyway, hope all of you have an enjoyable Father's Day and are lauded with love, affection and lots of gifts (ie: power tools )

I had my parents and sister over for brunch, which was nice - although my father did his usual housecleaning inspection (he's a neat freak - he informed me, half joking, that he 'fixed' the handtowel in the bathroom as it was hanging 6 inches longer on one ide than the other) and when my mother left she said "you did a nice job on the housework" and I felt 9 years old again. Ah, well. I suppose parents will be parents. He liked the t-shirt I bought him, though.

I gave my dad tickets to see REM and Moby yesterday. He had a great day and got slightly burned ..

My Dad is just after an operation, so I was EXTRA nice to him yesterday. I bought him a really funky pair of sunglasses for his holidays and a shirt. But wait for this!

I bought him a book written by an Irish singer called Mick Hanly. It turns out he was in my Dad's class at school....and there's a picture of my dad in the book!!!

LOL! Isnt that mad?
