I love this man....dare I say it? ....even without the rest of Monty Python's Flying Circus! I can't wait to see this! :)

From the story:
Interviews with world leaders are not usually part of the agenda. "It's just not our style, and others do it better," Palin said. Yet during "Himalaya," a chance to meet the Dalai Lama was irresistible.

"I was expecting to be rather overawed, sort of a bit dumbstruck by him, but as soon as he came in, it was just sort of something in the eyes, a little look of mischief that he really has ... it was just sort of like meeting a fellow Python," Palin said.

I have seen a few bits of Palin's travel programs, and read his Hemmingway book (where he went to a number of places which impacted Hemmingway). He is quite funny.

I love Michael Palin. He was great in Monty Python (my obsession) and just as good traveling.
