2. If any conpany recruits to a foreigner, then how easy to get Australian Visas? What documents to be needed to get that visa?
I am waitng for the above reply.
Thank you all TP members.
If you haven't already, you'll want to read this page (plus everything linked to) at the australian immigration website.
I won't give any advice beyond that, as I really don't know enough about the details.
In short, yes, there are government restrictions and no, it isn't easy to get into Australia.
Companies are required to give valid reasons that they couldn't fill a position with an Australian. Of course, if the company really wants you, then they can usually find a way (by making some obscure job requirements that only you can fill).
Then, the Immigration Department will be the next hurdle, as you try and convince them that all this is legit and you are indeed a highly skilled person, etc.. etc.. And they will take into account what country you are from as well, having named many countries 'high risk'.
The other option is to just apply for permanent residency, but that would probably be even harder.
Really though, as Sander suggested, you should look through the Immigration Department's website and read up on their rules. It will give you a very good idea of what is involved.
Thanks Sander & Peter. It will help me a lot.
