THANK YOU JASE!!!!

We have recieved the sheep and the cows postcards so far. The third has yet to arrive... Maybe today... I think I should be afraid - very afraid... And, this gloating thing has to stop. You won and have the proof. Get that 5 sterling ready for 2008 as you will be handing it over to me!!

Alright l admit lm sad and l should actually be getting ready to go out BUT - its now 2008 - and l dont want this little wager to be forgotten about!!!!!! Although - Jase007 - vaguely sounds familiar, nope maybe not......

Oh, that wager hasn't been forgotten... In fact, Jase and Kris upped the ante to 10USD vs 10BPS. The Ryder cup begins on Friday (Sept. 19th) at the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky. We'll be honoring the event by playing golf ourselves that day. Okay, so it will be in Madison, Wisconsin and part of a technical conference - but it's still golf. Be ready to pay up, Pipe Boy!

Marlis- if you are out there - did you get the card yet??? It was sent out awhile ago (for the second time).

Errmmm.... Ummmm.... This is not my month for correct dates - we golf this weekend, not next. Oh well...

Thank you, Heather!! Just got your lovely card today. The little confetti bell keeps going AWOL--I've found it in 3 different places already! It's making itself right at home...

Thank You Katie!!!!!!!!!!!

The Frank Lloyd Wright post card arrived over the weekend!!!! Oh, and I'd wait until the Christmas party to ask Office Eye Candy that particular question - you'll have alcohol consumption as your excuse.

Thanks again Katie, and we look forward to when you have time for a visit!! After this weekend, we're pretty clear until the end of October - so far. We don't have eye candy but we do have alcohol... ;)

You're welcome Isa

And while eye candy is nice, alcohol is even better!!!! And knowing you, it's good alcohol, none of that crap others pass of as it. However, would K be happy to know that think you don't have eye candy around? Heehee

Sadly O.E.C. is out this week, so I'm just pining away. Guess I'll have to go drown my sorrows in some Jameson and figure out how to get a car so I can come see you!

Thank You Katie!!!!!!!!

Love the building! It reminded me of the Corn Palace too!!
We'll be around most of October - may have to be in the city either 10-25 or 11-1 for a birthday but the date hasn't been decided yet. I checked into Greyhound to Freeport as it's only 20 minutes away. The Freeport station is open daily except Sundays. Grrrr - unless you can work around a Sunday...

BTW - K knows he's always the best eye candy! ;)

Thank You Anthony!!!!!!!!!

Love the card from Merimbula!!!!!!!!! Now, how to gain control of one of those yachts....
Our sympathies to both you and your wife on the loss of your mother-in-law. Enjoy Bali and Lombok.
Hockey mom and pitbull - we know how to pick 'em!!!!! And she's so well spoken at that...

Thank you Anthony!!!!

We have gotten the post card from Lombok!!

When you decide to trek Mr. Rinjani, be sure to take pictures! This we've just got to see!!!!! ;)

Sorry.
Did I write 'trek Rinjani'?
Really meant chair-lift
Loaded a few pics of the trip and have one of Rinjani from Senaru village.

Thank You Katie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got the post card of the Corn Palace!! It is quite similar to the last one of the Building of Unknown Origin.

Glad you are having (or did have depending on where you are now) a good time in DC! Probably better to be there now than when the 3 million spectators arrive for the inauguration in january. Would be cool to be there but what a (potential) zoo.

ps: Nothing beats "how to get off" - it will be etched in the annals of meet-up history! Must consider starting a journal of sayings coined during meet-ups.

And yes, Anthony, you did say "trek" but since it almost rhymes with "chair-lift", I figured it was just a handwritten typo.
