So glad you got the Malta card, thought it had gotten lost!

Today, I received my first postcard from St. Helena. Very cool! Thanks, Gelli .
Although, you got me intrigued with the number 43 on it ...

Thanks, Rich! Just received your postcard yesterday, with the intriguing #10 in the top left corner.

If we put the postcards together do we get a map of the island...?

(And yes we're still at the same address and no my name hasn't changed )

Ooh, me too, me too!!

Number 22 is the fate that was bestown on my card. So how does this work!? Man, I can't stand riddles like this. Way too curious and want to get it over with

Okay, my logical mind has to put this down in some kind of list. I'm adding usernames, as my theory is it might be connected, based on absolute bollocks at this time of course

  • 3 (Purdy)
  • 6 (samsara2)
  • 10 (tway)
  • 13 (Isadora)
  • 22 (Sam I Am)
  • 43 (steff)

Or is one of those old +3/+4 which then patterns off into something else things

ARGH!

Ahhhhh... Sam.... This is Rich we're talking about... I'm going with the "patterns off" concept but then again...

Sorry Rich - you screwed up the word sequence and actually skipped some words the last time around so we're still looking for a good cryptographer to figure out the message.

I thought it was going to be something like the numbers of hours behind St Helena we all are but that's obviously not it

Maybe, it's just a rating for how much he likes/dislikes each of us. Heehee

No, i did not. I checked the final version 3 times, and actually rewrote three of them because there was a missing word. There was also a small twist in the code, which perhaps wasn't picked up by a certain somebody who believed he knew the answer and then suddenly went all quiet when it didn't seem to fit his thinking...

Incidentally, there are at least 8 currently missing from this set of postcards (and somebody has a special extra for added confusion). Certain people haven't responded to this thread, or are ignoring it - at least 2 of the missing ones would have been delivered before Christmas, though the last ones were only posted about a week ago so will take a few more days to filter through and arrive.

Enjoy, all
