THANK YOU DAVE!!!
Yesterday I receive your postcard from Cambodia! Hope you had enough time to explore Angkor. And where's the next stop?

Ditto! :) THanks Dave!

Really like the card. Cant wait to see it some day. You sound like you're having a pretty relaxed time.

Miss you around TP ;

Ok, i`ve missed this so far. But instead of trawling through it all, is there someway we can get a list of who waqnts what from where and addys (only - no extra chat etc) for quick reference? I dont have the time trawl through so many pages looking for relevant info, so until theres a quick list, am afraid no one will get one from me (unless your already on my list, anyway)

Thx

Wow, Lee I´m surprised to hear you´re the first one to receive the postcards I´ve sent, glad you liked it and aren´t postcards always hand-written ?

So do I. A postcard which traverses a long journey from Spain! ( I do not expect your card could be delivered that fast!) Your hand-writing is good, I like the way you write the letter 'a' - very poetic indeed.

Thanks again!

I've been thinking about this for awhile now... I thought it might be a good idea, though not everyone will necessarily want to be on a list. But, let's find out!!!

Anyone who is willing to be placed on a master post card address list - please send me a PM. I am willing to set one up as a Word document and send it via personal e-mail. Please let me know if you are willing and also, any comments you may have that would help make this work.

I do think that a list should only be available to those willing to place your own address in it as well. It would help in keeping the list out of the hands of those who are not serious or committed to the exchange. I realize there are members who are traveling and do not have a set address but are willing to send cards (ie: Daveh and Gelli, for starters). Considering that scenario, I'm not sure how we would go about deciding who could receive the list without adding their own address to it. (I know Daveh will have a real address soon and is looking forward to getting postcards!) There are definite privacy issues that will need consideration here. And, as it is now, no personal addresses could be posted in the thread.

Anyway, think on this one, post comments, send me PMs, and we'll see if this is truly feasible or not. ;)

Thank you Dave and Ev!!!

I received your postcards today, one showing the Angkor Wat, while the other has "some insane Irishman" sailing across the Atlantic.

Insane Irish Man??? Would that be St. Brendan, the monk who got sloshed on the Altar Wine and woke up in a leather boat on the Atlantic??? His friends must have thought it to be a hilarious idea...

That'd be him alright Phil.

Ev, thanks for your card! A tower with the foggy background, impressive!

YES! Finally got one from Ireland - The Aran Islands...the land of whisky...
