Hi I was searching for prices to Dalaman, Turkey in Sept and came across a chartered flight that I found to be £80 cheaper than any other I could find. Im a bit iffy on this, can anyone give me any good and bad experiences they have had with charter flights and would it be worth me booking it??

:) Thanks

I've flown with charter flights are fair bit. The main issues are the lack of felxibility/refunds, etc should you want to change your plans. Also, they all seem to jam as many eats in the plane as possible, making leg room rather scarce.

When I was a Travel Agent, I hated booking charters for clients. Like James said, they are not very flexiable. Plus, u feel like cattle when they herd u on.

I had client stranded in Hawaii(poor baby) because the plane broke down. The new plane wasn't coming until 2 days later.
I knew a guy flying on a charter to the outer islands of Hawaii; and the roof was started to peel off.

If it's a short trip, go for it. Nothing over an hour I wouldn't recommend.
