I just noticed that on the Trapp Family Site they advertise a Mountain Kids Club. The ad says: "Variety and fun in the snow are our winter themes at the Mountain Kids Club. Cross-country skiing, family sledding, snowshoeing, snowman building competitions and snow fort building are just a few examples of winter fun at the Trapp Family Lodge."--so this sounds like what you are looking for.
I second the Vermont in winter idea. A lot of B&B's in Vermont have activities for non skiers--things like snowshoeing, snowmobiles, sledding, etc. I particularly recommend the area of Vermont known as the "Northeast Kingdon," which is know for great B&B's and lodges. Vermont is just gorgeous in the winter.
Also, hurray to Calcruzer for mentioning "Holiday Inn," one of the underappreciated gems of holiday films.
