My dream destination would be an island made entirely of money for travelling, or else the proverbial pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

THEN I'd go and do the Europe thing.

my oh my...what a tway in a chest of gold coins...; well, sure Alibaba would like to assist you on that matter!

you'll laugh but most of my choices are top lists are quick decisions and what is on my list today may not be there tomorrow ...

But for now -

South America - because i've dreamed of it since i was young, there is so much to see and do to list it all,

Iceland - i've friends who have been there and fell in love with what i heard and the photos i saw, the only thing preventing me is the cost

Scandinavian Countries - so i can visit some friends who left here and see for myself what they have described...

Ethiopia - i've thought about this one on and off lately, i met someone who had been there and had some amazing stories to tell, also the other night saw a show about tribes based there that really interested me !!

Australia would be my #1, but I did get to go there last year...but I'd go again in a heartbeat.

As for places I've NEVER been and want to go:

- Machu Pichu and South America to see all the Myan ruins.

- Holland - family is dutch, so I'd love to see where they come from.

- The Amazon Rainforest - always always wanted to go there.

For me, definitely Italy. I really want to go there and experience the culture, and calcio!!

Also on my list would be Scotland, Ireland, Wales, revisit Holland, and like tway, basically do the Europe thing. I'd also like to visit South Africa, I have a friend there and she tells me it's a beautiful country.

having been fortunate enough to travel widely, a few places are on my list. I have always wanted to see Singapore--I have a dream fantasy of finding Shangri La similar to that old time movie with Ronal Colman--I think it was supposed to be in Tibet!

I would love to go where there is peace and love among the inhabitants, my idea of Shangri La--

I loved the South Pacific and my favorite all time place is Alaska, America's last earthly frontier! I'd go back again and again, been there 3 times.

Namaste,
Mary Mc

Well Brendan, let me know if you end up buying a boat and going. I have 3 years of formal sailing training, and have been sailing on and off since I was 12. If you can fix a motor, I can try and sew the sails back together and we should be just fine...

Sounds good to me! I don't really know how to sail yet, but I plan to start soon. I don't really know how to fix an engine either but I am sure I can learn that too :D
