I have been hearing a lot lately about Blogger sites. Recently I even heard that these are shaping out to be one of the best ways to collect information on what is going on in Iraq, before all the other media cool is that, for all the millions CNN and other media spend to get the news the quickest, there are others out there leaking info sooner. Hehehe, I love it when the small guys come out on top every now and then!

The blog phenomena has taken off in quite a big way - although for every popular blog there are probably a hundred crappy ones (similar story to any website really ;)) You probably would get some interesting information on Iraq from certain bloggers - I read somewhere about a soldier keeping one up to date, so I'm sure there would be some interesting info on there.. You know, our local TV guide now has a weekly column highlighting various blogs around the internet - they certainly think it's worth bothering with.

Another interesting fact is that Google recently purchased one of the largest blogging sites around - you have to wonder what they have in mind with that one..

Google buying is hopefully going to be one of the best things that could happen for both of them. I think they're both the best of the services in each category so together...they should be amazing!

Just checked out your site. Excellent site and you definitely have the right idea about the internet and people in general. Because as you said, "they were funny and real people".....and there are lots of them who keep boards alive, everywhere!

What did you want me to spot????
