thats a brilliant idea, i just checked my phone and if you didn't know me you would have no idea who to ring, there is about 78 numbers in there and most of them are under nicknames..... i should change that

That sounds like a great plan. Hopefully it will become a worldwide thing..

Excellent, I think I'll do it in my phone

It would certainly benefit everyone... I almost died in an accident 3 years ago with my stomache along the way where it is 'out of coverage' for 4 hours! It's a painful experience...

Oh ! That must have been so terrible for you.

Thats an interesting idea, although for me, no idea how it would work - Who i want contacting would depend where i am, and that changes so often its probably not practical.

Raven - your right though> I've got huge number of contacts in my phone, mostly under nicknames, usernames, or customers etc, so i pity the poor guy that has to search my phone book looking for who to tell

On a non related point, i actually remembered to back up my phone book last week. I now know so few numbers, that if i lost my phone, i\d be utterly screwed!! And next time i get my phone call after being arrested, the only numbers i can actually remember are for pizza, kebab, taxi\s and a couple of customers. I couldnt phone somebody to get me out or help, but i could order a pizza from 7 countries from jail...

Doesn't anyone else store their "home" ? although mine comes under "the asylum" but I have a mum entry...
