Tway is right!!! There's a large population of major CHOCOHOLICS here who will do just about anything to get their hands on any and all the chocolate - including chocolate covered fingers! They are not fussy!!

Though, a well made martini of any type does come in a close second... (Unless you are Beerman and Isa (that's me), then it's the top of the list. A chocolate martini is even better!)

Welcome to TP Iron Chef! I lived in San Fran for a few years when I was a kid and loved it there. It's a beautiful city and the people are so friendly! I too have moved a lot in my life. I've now settled in Montreal. Even though I enjoy Montreal immensely, every now and then I still get a sudden urge to relocate. It must be in our genes. ;)

mmmm Chocolate Fish

(These are a wee delicacy here in NZ, pink marshmallow shaped fish about 10cm long covered in Chocolate and have a reputation for being a prize..)

Haven't done the sprint on purpose, only when we're in the weeds at work.:( Although, I was trying to organize an Iron Chef competition with other chefs here in Charlottesville, Va. Didn't ever work out but I would love the competition.

beerman, I'm guessin' you like micro-brews. Maybe even brew you're own. Ever tried any Magic Hat. Micro-brew from VT. My favorite I've found so far. They have a bunch of seasonal brews. Somethin' to look for.

hey chef,

welcome to the site- i'm sure you'll find plenty of people here who share your love for travel and will be able to answer any questions you may have. you've also already found people who share your love for food- mainly in the form of chocolate!!
