Jon,
Holy ... 32 ... that's like ancient, dude. Do you remember when those dinosaurs used to ... uh, wait a minute, I'm 32. Shoot, you're as young as me. Cool man, especially when I plan on living forever. I have this kinda Peter Pan syndrome.

Nice to have you here. TP is great and everyone is so helpful. Do you know Gordon Ramsay? :) I'd like to meet in Hell's Kitchen sometime!

Welcome aboard,
Lance

Quoting jonc

Hi,

I've been kind of lurking around this forum for months now, trying to get a feel for traveling. Now i've decided to go interrailing over europe from august to december this year. Kind of worried as interrailers all seem very young and i'm 32!!!!

Anyway, seems that there's a wealth of infomation here and hope to speak to some of you at some point!

Thanks

jonc

Hey Jon

Welcome to TP....the only source for travel news you'll ever want!!

As for being 32....don't think of it as being "older" than all the others, think of it as being more "experienced", "worldly", "smarter".....

Have fun on your travels

Hi Jon,

32 is ancient.....what?!? That makes me positively middle-aged so we'll be having no more of that please!

Good luck with the trip - am sure you'll have a great time. Recommend Prague, Amsterdam and Italy, particularly Florence - the surrounding country-side is stunning.

Stockholm is pretty cool too - although expensive.

If you're planning on visiting the big cities might be an idea to book your accommodation a couple of days in advance, particularly for stays starting on a weekend night.

Happy travelling!

Kerry

This reminds me of a thread we had awhile ago about putting together travelers of a specific age...I think at the time it was 31 hahaha...lets see if I can dig it up...
