Any cheap flight ticket from Malaysia to China?

No air flights are heading to Beijing, China in Airasia. So, Any suggestion?

you can only reach xiamen by airasia via bangkok.

hi, i read in the malaysian star newspaper that malaysian airlines and air asia will be teaming up and flying from kl to chongqing at a reasonable price - more airasia than malaysian airline price, but this is at the end of the year.

another alternative if you have time to do it would be to fly to thailand and travel to the north of thailand and catch a boat on the mekong river into southern china, it would probably take about 3 days...it depends on whether you can be bothered...

Afraid there are not many choices left ex-Malaysia unless Malaysian airlines announces some cheap fares.
However, if you visit Bangkok,you can find cheap flights to China .Ask any of the reputed travel agents in Bangkok. Also if you take night flights ex-Bangkok, you can get more lower price.Always ask for destinations like Shanghai or Beijing where many airlines fly, you will get a cheaper fare.

cikusang, if you would like to fly direct to beijing, i thk going by MAS, SIA or Cathay is better, provided you want a stop-over, like if you taking airasia to xiamen then you can take a train which is abt RM300 (soft sleeper) for 2 days, which is a looong joureny

fr xiamen fly to beijing is around RMB1700, which is quite costly too.
