Oh! That's such a sad song - all about falling out of love despite yourself. I'm going to cry, too!

And psst... my frist album ever was Kenny Roger's The Gambler. "Don't count your money, when you're sittin' at the table..."

Yes, and we were parting ways cause I was moving to Florida...it was the saddest thing I remember. He couldnt give me what I needed at the time so I had to move on...luckily still we are good friends, almost 13 yrs later...

THATS THE ONE!! hahaha...how about "Lady"? Or "Ruby"? Or "Through the Years"? Or "She Believes in Me"? Or "Reuben James"? Ok, I will shut up now...

I'm gonna put my hand up and admit to having some George Michael stashed in the depths of my music collection. (Shut up! you lot. It was good pop, okay!)

Ok, I dont have a George Michael record but I looooove his old songs especially with Wham! Anyone with a Wham tape here?

I wanna get in on this fun...

I wouldn't admit readily to loving country and western music (which I do!) and 9 to 5 by Dolly is up there on my super un-cool list!!

and I errr..

mim scratches her head looks over her shoulder suspiciously then gets ready to release a super secret

own ummm bop by Hanson....

and ummm quite a lot of folk music...which is being rubbed in my face with the new sprite advert in England in which a small green goblin at Glastonbury is accused of being super un for liking folk!!!

Don't knock George Michael. I saw him in concert in the late 80's (not my choice) but I have to admit that he was excellent. I have his album "Older" and it's one of my favourite's.

Supertramp aren't so much daggy, just not cool. But "Breakfast In America" is an album I had as a kid, and I bought it a few months back and have been llistening to it almost daily. It's dated, but really good.

Once in a while I put on Gordon Lightfoot's best hits...

All of you are just as "uncool" as me heh?...one of the most meaningful songs in my life is a Gordon Lightfoot song, his record is so old I have it on an old tape! An old boyfriend played his guitar and sang it to me overlooking the Manhattan skyline, now how romantic is that??

Very romantic indeed. So was this boyfriend now your husband?

whar about Elvis Presley?? Does it considered as 'uncool' here?

I don't think Elvis is uncool, Lee. But I remembered another terrible CD in the very back of my closet I sometimes dig out to listen to while cleaning the bathroom.
Milli Vanilli - don't know if everybody knows these guys, but there was a big scandal about them, because the two singers weren't actually singing but only lip-synced in concert. Even their Grammy was stripped from them after it was revealed that they had not been involved in the creation of their album, uuuups

Steff realizes she really needs to clean her bathroom...girl you know it's true...uhhhhhhhhu...
