Hhhmmmm ... one thing really jumps out at me. For a present one year my ex got us tickets to the Newport Jazz Festival. It was still a couple of months away but it was the first time a girlfriend had planned out a trip for the two of us to spend together and do something that we BOTH had in common. She planned the whole trip and we camped close to Newport and pent like four fabulous days together. It was a long distance relationship to begin with and to be able to spend all that time together and not have to worry about anything and just put everything in her hands. Really touched me.:):( Why do ex's have to leave all those good memories!

Don't know why, but thats the same all over the world.

I actually found it very romantic that my ex boyfriend drove about 8 hours to see me for 1 hour, untill I realised that he was just horny!

I hope we all do. I truly try not to think of the bad ones too much. Never worth the time given. Just hope that someday I will meet someone that I will be able to share those great memories with 25 years later (or longer)!

I also had my "Beerman" and so nice memories left...
Once in cold winter season my ex made me a New Year present- he told me to put the swimwear into the bag and took me to Egypt! And I was spying at the airport desk guessing where the nearest planes are leaving. At that time I haven't even dreamt about Egypt but I received a week in Mariott hotel... That was so wonderful!
And later we had an episode like in French movie (don't remember it's name...) We have been driving in central part of Ukraine due to work necessities. I was tired and sleepy. My Ex asked what could cheer me up and I said that I want to see the sea In few hours I woke up on the beach - he made 400 km just to make me smile!
And now I always try myself to make some small silly romantic things to the people I love - for me life is not good enough without it
