I am Katrina and I am new to TP. I found the site because I wanted to start a journal for my upcoming yearlong trip to Sweden (and other places in Europe). I am going to school in Sweden for a year and I hope to do lots of other travelling in Europe. I will no doubt have lots of questions for those of you who have travelled around Europe!
Hi Katrina, welcome to TP! Sweden? I have never been there but I believe others have done that! Just post any questions here and they'll right here to assist you, have fun!
And besides, are you saying you're going to churn out a journal? A journalist ya?
Hi Katrina, Welcome to Tp, yes there are plenty of us around here that can help you with Europe. Hope that your studies go well. See you around the forums.
Oh, Sweden!!! Whereabouts? And most of all: why???
Don't get me wrong, though! I'm Swedish myself and I love this country, It's just that most people travelling to Europe just go to Spain and London... But feel free to take advantage of my invincible knowledge about everything there is to know about Sweden. *humble smile* I could probably give answers to all questions imaginable!
Anyways, welcome to TP, and even more welcome to Sweden!!! Unfortunately I won't be here to greet you upon arrival, unless you get here before 1st of September. That's when I leave for South America, yiihooo!!!!
Welcome to TP! Our Canadian contingent is filling up nicely... I'm sure you'll find lots of great advice for your trip!
Welcome to TP!!!
I can only agree with the rest - you will find an enormous amount of information here and very friendly people, all willing to help where they can.
Again, welcome, and hope to see you in the forums!!!
Another warm TP welcome to you!
Hope to see you around the forums!
Never been to Sweden, myself. Although, I do have a little Swedish blood in me and used to go with my family to VASA. Some kind of Swedich American community. I still remember Christmas time and drinking Glog. Probably misspelled that.
Have fun on your trip and Welcome, again.

It is spelled "glögg". With the dots over the Ö. //Susanna
