I am having difficulty finding a train or coach that will take me from Murcia to Seville! Can anybody help? Please! I have checked renfe, alsa etc and no joy yet. I believe there is a coach/ bus from murcia that arrives at Prado Bus Station but I can't find anymore information! ¡Ayudarme por favor!
Sorry, no idea about the airport, but city to city -
There are a few long distance coaches, and nmore connections available through Malaga. Unfortunately, train is not easy through that part of Spain along the coast area. Also, Murcia doesn't have a particularly frequent service to anywhere, so you need to plan it properly. It is possible though. Off top of my head, options are:
- Via Madrid (probably least hassle factor and most options (hourly from Madrid, but a long way)
- Via Alcazar San Juan (and sometimes also Cordoba)
- Bus or coach to any of Granada, Almeria or Malaga, then train. Eitehr direct or (particularly from Malaga), quicker connections via Cordoba.
Be aware that all mainline trains in spain require compulsary reservation.
If you have specific time/date in mind, let me know and i can get you a more detailed breakdown/options
Thats a great start, i was considering the connections via jaen and albacete earlier using alsa and also malaga... it's gonna take some planning. i have got it down to about 74euros so far... double that money and i have a car but i dont want to use it in sevilla as i enjoy the streets more when i am there, i use a car all the time back home so its no holiday rushing from place to place in a car!
