"and I just proved once again that, without the benefit of seeing facial expressions, words can be misconstrued. "

yeah, and don't i know it. don't ask it's a very long story and i'm sure we've all been there.

on the subject of webcams i have one for sale if anyones interested, never used.

oh and no offence taken, but i'm still leaving this thread as i have to buy a return ticket to the columbian jungles to get my own choice cocoa beans , not being a hypocrite and all.....now where'd i put my smarties

Yup - been there and more often than I can count. This week, alone, has been good for misunderstanding the Moderator. Maybe I should have just spent the time spectating and shut-up...

Let me know if you find any good airfares - unless you have a super secret jungle crop of cocoa beans - otherwise, you may need help carrying the load of beans back home! ;)

Yes maybe, from my own experience I would say it's sometimes a good idea.

Nah, you're alright, thanks all the same. I've never actually been to the Columbian jungle before so as for a "super secret stash" of jungle beans??? I wouldn't know.

<sticks head round forum thread door>

Who's 'we'? and the choclate MARTINI wasn't a distraction it was a gentle reminder of where the thread was before I (evidently hopelessly) tried to drag bit of reality in *sigh*

And Isadora, don't think I didn't notice you off to the carribean with your flip flops and pink flowery hawaian shirts.

btw, maybe you should go to the Columbian jungle.... I hear they're doing 10 sightseeing coach trips

That should read 10 DAY sightseeing coach trips, but I guess they might be doing just 10, after all it is a third world country, unlike America. <snigger>

There's no escaping the Chocolate Inquisition (aka "we")!!! And, sometimes it takes awhile for the reality programming to reboot. (Never fear - it's not lost - just incognito at the moment.)

Ten day Colombian sightseeing coach trips - Moi???? NEVER!!!! Now a ten day diving trip - that has possibilities. Though 10 dives a day for one day would be pushing the limit.

The Caribbean without flip-flops is like a day without liquid sunshine and chocolate. I don't have pink Hawaiian shirts... But maybe I better look into that since Beerman is probably tired of me wearing his (Hawaiian shirts, though none are pink).

Isa heads off to look for pink Hawaiian shirts and see where reality may be hiding out. She grabs a Cadbury egg left over from Easter to eat along the way.

Of the basic "over-the-counter" chocolate bars - Butterfingers. I love the crunchiness of the inside. I'm not a fan of peanut butter and chocolate together, but there's just something about Butterfingers that are irresistible.

Specialty chocolates - whole other story - just can't pick one right now.
